what is it about? clean-up day?
it's for Labour day but that day there was a demonstration so the school decided to shift to 06 May as we didn't want people to confuse that we were part of that demonstration.
well the purpose of this clean-up day was to bring the message to the students to help keep the country clean for their own well-beings!
wow so great! IFL compus has been beautifully changed and i hope so have IFL ladies too. Wish to join that day déneung na. (Belgium)

Yes, slogan is very nice... hope the student get the message! but IMHO, it should be Khmer oriented "Khmer slogan on top and translation of English at the buttom"
